Helper class for iterating through the resources contained in a Bundle resource and all subsequent Bundle resources as indicated by the "next" links. This supports a pluggable data retriever mechanism so that consumers are free to resolve the next page links in whatever way is suitable for their execution environment. The FHIRBundleCursor is initialized from a default Bundle (aka page1) and continues from that point forward.
