Gets a client based on the values related to a storage provider.

Parameters:

iam - identifies the access credentials are for IAM

accessKey - (user or access Key or apiKey) for the credentials

accessSecret - (resourceId, secretKey or password) for the credentials

cosEndpointUrl - the endpoint url

cosLocation - the location/region of the S3 bucket

useFhirServerTrustStore - should use trust store

withPathStyle - path or host
